Dr. Spence enjoys practicing the full scope of family medicine.  Along with Dr. Carroll, he founded Creekside Clinic in January of 2005.  Dr. Spence relishes outdoor activities with his wife, Fern, and his young children on the rivers, beaches, trails, and roads of Northwest Michigan.  He also enjoys concerts, playing guitar, road and mountain biking, and school activities with his children.
